[Remote] Product Manager II - Coinbase Business

The role involves managing the product lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a user-friendly platform for businesses transacting onchain. Responsibilities • Drive the development of key features for the Coinbase Business platform, managing the product lifecycle from discovery and specification to launch and iteration. • Manage a prioritized backlog for critical product areas such as business onboarding, payments, and reporting, ensuring your engineering team is focused on the most impactful work. • Partner with our business customers to deeply understand their needs and translate their feedback into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories. • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional partners like Risk and Compliance to execute on the product roadmap and deliver a world-class user experience. Skills • 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of successfully shipping features for B2B SaaS or FinTech products. • Strategic mindset and strong product sense, with the ability to connect your team's work to the broader product vision and business goals. • A strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle. You excel at the tactical parts of the job: writing clear specs, managing a backlog, and driving execution. • Good technical aptitude and the ability to work effectively with engineers on complex financial systems. • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to get things done. • Passion for and deep understanding of crypto and the onchain ecosystem. • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • A founder's mindset; you thrive on ambiguity and are energized by building from the ground up.
