**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through various media, including phone, email, and chat
* Finding solutions to individual problems and providing necessary information on new products and promotions
* Collaborating with your team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Advanced level of English and excellent written and spoken Italian
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to complex issues
* Solid computer skills and proficiency in using various software applications
* Flexibility and a positive attitude to adapt to changing situations and priorities
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
* Knowledge of the Italian market and culture
