Assistant Account Manager – Part Time, Evening and Saturday Hours
Job Description:
• Responds to incoming payer/applicant phone calls and emails
• Resolves various issues related to payment accounts
• Makes outbound phone calls and sends emails for problem resolution
• Models and promotes good attendance behaviors
• Independently troubleshoot and provide problem resolution
• Update demographic and additional information on accounts
• Assist payers/applicants in setting up accounts
Requirements:
• High school graduate
• At least 2 years of college/technical school (or related work experience)
• Two years of related work experience
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed department standards
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Accountable and willing to take ownership
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Understanding of active listening skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong oral communications skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations and meet deadlines
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent accuracy with attention to detail
