Position: Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Manager Type: Independent contractor Compensation: $60–$80/hour Location: Remote Duration: 3–4 weeks Commitment: 30–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities • Create deliverables addressing common requests within the Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Management domain. • Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research. • Diagnose and solve real issues in your domain to advance machine learning systems. • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while contributing to cutting‑edge AI research. • Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and infrastructure. Qualifications Must‑Have • 4+ years professional experience in Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Management. • Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
