Requirements:
✔ Strong experience building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
✔ Data modeling, transformations, orchestration
✔ Distributed data processing (PySpark / Spark)
✔ SQL performance tuning
✔ CI/CD for data pipelines (preferred)
