[Remote] Remote BCBA - Spanish Speaking (United States)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AnswersNow is a company reimagining ABA therapy to be accessible and effective. As a Spanish Speaking BCBA, you'll deliver direct virtual care to families and play a key role in reshaping autism therapy while working remotely.
Responsibilities
• Provide remote direct therapy to clients in English and Spanish
• Work with families to identify, evaluate, and to solve barriers to effective care
Skills
• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Must be able to provide direct services in English and Spanish
• Must have availability Monday-Friday from 3pm - 8pm ET / 12pm - 5pm PT
• Full time employees: requires 40 total hours weekly
• Part time employees: requires 20-30 total hours weekly
• Digital fluency (video calls, Google suite, data systems, etc.)
• Reliable internet connection
