Performance Digital Marketing Manager (Real Estate Investing) – Remote

Key Responsibilities Paid Lead Generation (Primary Focus) • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta + Google (Search/YouTube/Display). • Improve lead quality and reduce CPL/CPA through testing and iteration. • Execute retargeting and segmentation to increase conversions. Funnels & Conversion • Build and optimize funnels: landing pages, lead magnets, form flows, and retargeting paths. • Improve conversion rates through copy, layout, and offer testing. Email/SMS Automation • Create nurture sequences and follow-up automation for sellers and investors. • Improve deliverability, segmentation, and booked-appointment conversion. Reporting & Optimization • Track and report weekly on CPL, CPA, CVR, ROAS, lead-to-appointment rate, and cost per contract. • Make data-driven improvements to creative, targeting, messaging, and budgets. Required Qualifications • 3–5+ years hands-on performance digital marketing (real estate, home services, or direct-response lead gen preferred). • Proven experience running Meta + Google lead-gen campaigns end-to-end. • Strong funnel/landing page optimization skills. • Experience with CRM + automation tools (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.). • Strong copywriting for ads, landing pages, and nurture sequences. • KPI-driven and comfortable owning results. Preferred Experience • Real estate investing marketing (wholesaling, fix-and-flip, buy-and-hold, turnkey). • Motivated seller targeting + Special Ad Category compliance knowledge. • Basic creative/design ability (Canva or similar). What Success Looks Like • Consistent motivated seller and investor lead flow across markets. • Lower CPL/CPA over time with improving funnel conversion rates. • Clear weekly reporting and proactive testing.
