Web Channel Project Manager

This role works closely with Web Operations team and collaborates with Marketing, Customer Agile Teams (CATs), Web Design, IT, Marketing, Sales, and the Customer Order Center to provide expertise on how to utilize the HCP, HCC and eCommerce sites to provide the best user experience. The ideal candidate for this role will provide support for web capabilities and subject matter expertise related to the end-to-end process for the creation through deployment of websites, as well as the tools, technologies and best practices for this channel. Key responsibilities of the Web Channel Project Manager include the following: • Engage with CAT team members including Content Developers and Designers as point for content for HCP, HCC and e-commerce websites during project concept phase to share best practices and web playbooks. • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Order Center team members to implement eCommerce solutions, and to share best practices and digital marketing innovation. • Maintain web digital channel standards and templates required by the business; provide training and education. Ensure all technical and business guidance documentation is accurate, current, and compliant. • Work with CAT teams and other stakeholders to update websites, and communicate changes to ensure alignment • Helps to prioritize and maintain websites’ product backlog. • Helps to define and validate product requirements. Assess and develop new website capabilities (channel functionality, marketing, technology) requests introduced by stakeholders, customers, in addition to identifying new industry trends and best practices. • Ensure that sites meet quality and customer experience standards. Assist with pilot initiatives to implement new capabilities and to operationalize them for scale in the organization across brands or channels. • Provide support to the website development team. Help define and coordinate technical execution for new capabilities with IT, Digital Publishing team members and other stakeholders. • Work collaboratively across stakeholders in the business and IT to identify and implement areas for process improvement. Works with internal stakeholder groups (digital publishing, IT, Web Operations) to communicate the development plan to ensure assets are built within legal, compliance and accessibility requirements and regulations. • Support promotional, legal, compliance and accessibility updates to website content. Collaborate with development, digital publishing and design teams to redesign and optimize website using proprietary design system and customer experience best practices. Required Experience and Skills: • Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience, Pharmaceutical Industry experience preferred • Minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience, marketing agency, marketing support, and/or digital channel innovation • Ability to deal with high complexity projects and work in a highly regulated environment • Proficiency in execution of marketing campaigns specific to web • Subject matter expertise on the HCP, HCC and eCommerce B2B websites • Experience in writing guidance, playbooks and technical documentation • Business Acumen, strategic thinking, problem solving and demonstrated understanding of end-to-end Digital Marketing Process. • Passion for working with technology products and solving customer needs. • Leadership and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders • Ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders; displays strong interpersonal and relationship management skills • Scrum/Agile experience: collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and project management skills as part of an Agile team Preferred Experience and Skills: • Experience executing marketing strategy successfully while collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus, with effective project management expertise. • Experience planning and rolling out new capabilities, and the ability to identify and implement scalable process improvements using a data-motivated approach. • Google Analytics 4, Tableau, Power BI, WordPress VIP, Looker Studio, JIRA, SAP Commerce Cloud Education Requirements: • BA/BS degree The target hiring compensation for this role is $120K. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include: medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
