Our client has an immediate need for highly motivated and versatile Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional and Technical Consultants to join their team. The ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform - F&O -specifically SCM. You will be proficient in both translating complex business requirements into technical solutions and performing hands-on development/configuration. This role is critical for bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
Functional Responsibilities (Business & Solution Design)
• Analyze, document, and map complex business processes to Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Design and document the solution architecture and configuration across various D365 modules (SCM specifically) to meet functional requirements.
• Configure the Dynamics 365 application, including security roles, workflow status and updates, business rules, and entities/tables.
• Conduct functional testing (UAT support) and provide end-user training and documentation.
Strong background in post-implementation support and ticketing.
