Legal and Compliance Administrator
A company is looking for a Legal and Compliance Administrator to manage its Legal & Compliance department's external spend and assist with internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage law firm spend, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense reports
• Serve as the primary liaison with external law firms and legal vendors, ensuring compliance with policies
• Support various Legal Operations initiatives, including technology implementation and process improvement projects
Required Qualifications
• Experience in legal operations, law firm billing, or within a legal, finance, or accounts payable department
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and reconciliations
• Experience in building dashboards and tracking metrics related to spending
• Familiarity with e-billing systems, Workday, and/or Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence) is a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
