[Remote] Technical Writer- 100% Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zachary Piper Solutions is a Government Consulting company supporting the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). They are seeking an Enterprise Technical Writer to create and maintain high-quality technical documentation for enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and AWS. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system overviews, SOPs, workflows, and technical whitepapers. • Create architecture and data flow diagrams using tools like Visio or Miro. • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise content for diverse audiences. • Ensure documentation meets Section 508 accessibility compliance standards. • Capture meeting minutes, track action items, and support change management efforts. Skills • 5+ years of experience writing technical documentation for enterprise-level platforms. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, AWS, and diagramming tools (Visio, Miro). • Familiarity with Section 508 compliance and accessibility requirements. • Bachelor’s degree required. • Ability to obtain CMS Public Trust (T4) clearance.
