We're hiring a versatile, security-minded IT GRC Specialist to join our Information Security Operations Center.* This role will focus on auditing, identifying control gaps, and driving remediation efforts across our cloud and on-prem environments.* You'll collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure we meet regulatory and customer compliance expectations.
• What you'll do:*
• Lead internal audits and control testing across cloud and on-prem systems
• Identify gaps in security and compliance controls and recommend acceptable remediation strategies
• Support evidence collection and audit readiness for SOX, SOC 2, and other frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors to ensure regulatory alignment
• Evaluate and improve security controls, documentation, and operational processes
• Assist in executing the IT compliance program for internal and customer-facing environments
• Contribute to continuous monitoring and compliance automation initiatives
• What we're looking for:*
• 5+ years in Cybersecurity, IT Governance, Risk Management, or Compliance
• Strong experience with internal audits, gap analysis, and remediation planning
• Familiarity with SOX, SOC 2, and frameworks like ISO 2700X, NIST, or ITIL
• Experience working with SaaS or software engineering teams
• CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, or similar certification (or in progress)
• Bonus: Exposure to export compliance (e.g., ITAR, EAR, DFARS)
