About the Role

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing exceptional support to our customers. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be working from home and must remain a resident of Kentucky, reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and perform all work within the state of Kentucky. You will engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact Chewy for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your goal will be to research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with pharmacy customers to resolve issues and provide support via inbound calls and other communication platforms
  • Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues
  • Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers by providing exceptional support and thinking critically to help our customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Utilize technology and software to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and think critically to resolve customer issues
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
  • Maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace in your home with a reliable internet connection
  • Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of pet health and wellness
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
