E-commerce Store & Platform Manager (Amazon FBA & PPC)

In just 3 years, we’ve grown into a beloved brand with 100,000+ happy customers, strong sales across Bol.com, Amazon, and our own Shopify store, and a loyal community that genuinely loves our products.
To keep scaling fast, we’re now looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to own and optimize our Amazon, Bol, and Shopify operations.

Why This Role Matters
This is not a support role. You will own key sales platforms and have a direct impact on revenue. From managing PPC campaigns and optimizing listings to running backend improvements and coordinating with logistics — you will help drive operational excellence and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage our Amazon, Bol.com, and Shopify platforms end-to-end.
• Run and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns with clear performance goals.
• Improve listings: titles, descriptions, SEO, pricing, and images.
• Track and analyze sales performance, identify trends and take action.
• Maintain and update the Shopify backend: product setup, collections, apps.
• Coordinate with fulfillment and warehouse partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to launch new products and campaigns.

Requirements
• 3+ years of e-commerce experience, including direct experience with Amazon (FBA) and Shopify.
• Proven ability to run Amazon PPC campaigns and manage budgets.
• Confident working in the Shopify backend without needing developer support.
• Solid knowledge of listing optimization, conversion drivers, and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Fluent in English
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and independent.
• Available full-time (40 hours/week).
