[Remote] Senior App Growth Marketer – 8AV (8Media)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Eight Media is a venture studio focused on building and scaling consumer apps across various categories. They are seeking an experienced App Growth Marketer to lead full-funnel user acquisition and influencer-driven distribution for their app portfolio.
Responsibilities
• Own Full-Funnel App Growth
• Develop launch plans and go-to-market strategies across multiple apps
• Translate product value into short-form hooks, angles, scripts, landing pages, and paid creatives
• Drive users through the funnel: install, activation, trial, paid conversion, and retention
• Run ongoing experiments to improve onboarding flows, paywalls, pricing, and retention
• Work closely with product to align growth strategy with feature development and user experience
• Build and manage a high-volume pipeline of micro-influencers, UGC creators, and community ambassadors
• Run a multi-account short-form content strategy (founder accounts, brand accounts, UGC repost channels)
• Deploy performance-based creator campaigns tied to CPA, ROAS, LTV, and payback windows
• Create briefs, scripts, messaging angles, and iteration frameworks for creators
• Manage and scale paid campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Google UAC/YouTube
• Build structured creative testing systems, including hooks, angles, CTAs, and formats
• Identify early performance signals and scale winning concepts while eliminating low-performers
• Integrate learnings across paid, UGC, and organic channels
• Maintain discipline around profitable or near-breakeven acquisition
• Own ASO strategy: metadata, screenshots, previews, keywords, and seasonal adjustments
• Improve onboarding, trials, and paywall flows through structured experimentation
• Use tools such as RevenueCat, Superwall, AppsFlyer/Adjust, Branch, Mixpanel, and Amplitude
• Continuously refine in-app messaging, pricing, user flows, and subscription experience
• Build dashboards for CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, payback, trial-to-paid conversion, and retention
• Lead weekly iteration cycles to refine creatives, funnels, targets, and budgets
• Translate data insights into clear creative briefs and product recommendations
Skills
• Experience scaling at least one consumer mobile app (subscription or freemium)
• 3–7+ years in mobile growth, user acquisition, or app-specific performance marketing
• Strong background in short-form content strategy, paid acquisition, and influencer/UGC-driven growth
• Deep understanding of app metrics, cohorts, funnel optimization, and creative testing
• Hands-on experience with MMPs, attribution tools, subscription analytics, and ASO
• Strong copy instincts, especially around hooks, angles, scripts, captions, and App Store copy
• Comfortable working quickly, testing constantly, and making decisions with imperfect data
• Experience scaling apps in AI, wellness, productivity, behavior change, or self-improvement
• Background working with creator ecosystems or UGC-driven programs
• Ability to create or direct short-form content for testing cycles
