An expanding firm who is an industry trusted Civil Litigation firm with nearly 100 attorneys, is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Defense Attorney with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join their team. What You'll Bring:
• 8+ years of dedicated experience in insurance defense.
• Texas bar license is required.
• A strong background in trucking, automobile, and/or premises liability defense is highly preferred.
• Experience defending insurance companies and self-insured trucking companies.
Competitive Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000
• Comprehensive Benefits: 50% paid premiums for health, dental, and life insurance.
• 401k Match: 2% 401k match (eligibility begins with your second paycheck).
• Generous PTO: 15 days of Paid Time Off, plus up to 10 additional days for sick leave, bereavement, or jury duty.
