Our client is a well-known AI start-up that is looking for an experienced technical recruiter. You will be recruting for roles like forward deployed engineers. This role is contract-to-hire and fully remote.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
• Tier-one technical company experience
• Consistent 3+ year tenures with promotions (demonstrated stick-to-it / can hack it)
• Strong technical recruiting abilities
• Demonstrated ability to operate in chaotic, high-growth startup conditions
• Clear, intentional reasoning behind career moves
• Willingness to start on contract-to-hire
• Full-cycle experience from sourcing to closing in a lean, high-bar environment
