Business Analyst/ Business Consultant (m/f/d)

We provide our customers with efficient, tailored processes and applications for operating IoT infrastructures in real estate, as well as our flexible Enterprise-IoT-Suite, in which we manage data from many millions of sensors into intelligent products and services.With a team of product and IT experts, the future position holder will be responsible for the following tasks:Leading Discovery-initiatives to develop strategic product requirements for our bxSuite and hand them over to the Product DeliveryAnalyzing requirements for the product portfolio and corresponding decision-making processes in close collaboration with your stakeholders In consolidation with the Product Owner and the Product Lead, you are responsible for design process improvementsPrepare and implement evidence-based decisionsTaking responsibility for projects to improve our product portfolioInitiating activities to increase product and process quality at beyonnexNeeds analyses to expand the functionalities of the bx.suiteWe are searching for a motivated candidate with following qualifications:Very good understanding of business processes and impact on IT solutionsStrong experience in process management and engineeringVery good understanding of analyzing data and gain meaningful insightsConceptual thinking and a very independent way of workingYou have excellent communication skills in German and English (C1-Level) Benefits are following skills and interests:experience in business analysis in energy industry, telecommunication or measurement providersWe have a modern environment with flat hierarchies.
