[Remote] Compliance Manager, Servicing Advisory

The role involves leading compliance efforts, monitoring regulatory requirements, and collaborating with teams to resolve compliance issues and improve processes.
Responsibilities
• Lead compliance efforts for product servicing as an individual contributor
• Monitor and implement regulatory requirements effectively and proactively
• Identify compliance risks in servicing processes and systems
• Assist in developing compliance policies and controls for business changes
• Coordinate responses to audits and regulatory inquiries effectively
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve compliance issues and improve processes
• Deliver training on compliance best practices
• Report on compliance status and remediation efforts to leadership
Skills
• Advanced knowledge of compliance laws and regulations relevant to client's operations
• Experience with end-to-end compliance testing and assessments, ideally as a subject matter expert
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a detail-oriented approach
• Proven initiative and innovation in fostering a culture of compliance within an organization
• Skill in project management and analytical thinking, including proficiency with analytical tools like Snowflake and Excel
