As a Data Science team member, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and providing insights that inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities Business Collaboration (20%): Participate in meetings across the enterprise data science community, gaining exposure to cross-functional specialty units; build networking relationships and receive mentoring from colleagues and senior management. Communicating Results (20%): Present findings and project status clearly and professionally through presentations; provide recommendations to upper management; give comprehensive report outs to senior leaders on projects and other related initiatives. Data Analysis (60%): Apply a wide range of database applications and analytical tools, including SQL, bolthires Cloud Big Query, and Python; utilize strategic thinking and perform data analysis for various business problems and potential opportunities, and develop excellent analytical solutions. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering. You should also have a strong foundation in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
