Position: HR Change Management & Training Lead
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months (Contract)
We are seeking an experienced HR Change Management & Training Lead to support a global HR transformation initiative focused on the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. This role is responsible for driving change adoption through effective change management, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end training delivery.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
• Lead global change management, communication, and training strategies to support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation
• Drive stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment across global and regional HR teams
• Conduct change impact assessments and translate system changes into clear business impacts and readiness actions
• Design and deliver end-to-end training programs, including curriculum development and train-the-trainer models
• Facilitate end-user training sessions and support regional facilitators
• Manage training logistics, compliance, attendance tracking, and reporting
• Partner closely with HR PMO, implementation vendors, and communications teams to ensure program alignment
• Support change networks and prepare materials, agendas, and collaboration forums
• Identify change risks, adoption gaps, and mitigation strategies throughout the program lifecycle
• 5–7+ years of experience in change management and training for large-scale enterprise or HR system implementations
• Strong understanding of HR processes, HR technologies, and global operating models
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
