Google Ads / Paid Search Specialist for Financial Services
We are seeking an experienced Google Ads / Paid Search Specialist to help optimize and improve the performance of our existing search campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
Auditing and optimizing Google Ads search campaigns
Improving lead quality and conversion performance (not just traffic volume)
Keyword research focused on high-intent search terms
Ad copy testing and performance optimization
Reviewing conversion tracking and GA4 data to inform decisions
Ideal experience:
Proven experience managing Google Ads for B2C and B2B, financial services, or professional services
Strong understanding of search intent, cost-per-lead optimization, and conversion tracking
Comfortable working independently and making strategic recommendations
This engagement may start with a short-term audit and optimization phase, with the opportunity for ongoing work if it’s a good fit.
