Responsibilities Performance Expectations (Showing Assistant Specific) • Open House Participation • * Complete PLACE Open House Certification • Host a minimum of 2 open houses per month (or per week for advanced access to signs) • Use MDG-branded signs and scripts • Circle prospect or door knock around open house locations • Lead Conversion & Client Engagement • * Follow up with open house attendees • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria • Enter lead data into CRM if they are expected to transact within 5 years • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes • Utilize PLACE and Brivity tools for lead tracking and management • Team Integration & Certification • * Complete PLACE Launch Program and achieve PLACE Certification • Training & Accountability • * Participate in weekly script practice per team standards • Participate in team activities per team standards • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call • Track weekly activities in Brivity • Transaction Process Participation • * Submit offers within 24 hours of acceptance • Secure buyer representation agreements • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients • Maintain consistent client communication (at least weekly) • Utilize PLACE and Brivity tools for all transactions Qualifications Required Qualifications • Active California Real Estate License Must hold and maintain a valid real estate salesperson or broker license. • Association & MLS Memberships Responsible for joining and maintaining membership with a local REALTOR® association and MLS, and covering associated fees and dues. • Compliance & Ethics Must operate in full compliance with: • * State and federal real estate laws • Code of Ethics (NAR and local boards) • eXp Realty policies • PLACE and Team compliance standards • Professional Conduct Required to communicate professionally with clients, staff, and team members.
