**Your Role**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will:
• **Handle Incoming Calls Promptly and Professionally**: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner

• **Accurately Document Call Details**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

**Job Requirements**
• **Must be 18 Years or Older**: Eligible to work in the United States
• **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: Required
• **Minimum of 1 Year at a Single Job, Preferably in Customer Service**: Demonstrated commitment to a single role
• **Reliable Attendance**: No absences in the first 90 days
• **Typing at Least 25 WPM**: Ability to meet typing requirements
• **Hardwired Internet Connection**: Minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
