Key Responsibilities

As a blithequark Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. This will involve: * Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers * Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues * Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions * Providing a high-level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction * Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions * Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Requirements

To become a blithequark Independent Contractor, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Experience handling inbound and outbound calls * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience * Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems * Basic typing skills * Strong customer service and written skills * Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

Earning Potential

Application and Certification Process

To become a blithequark Independent Contractor, you'll need to complete the following steps: * Complete an application to join blithequark Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check * Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor * Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement * Complete a W9 form * Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. You'll be able to choose which opportunities to pursue and will have the flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed.

Availability

As a blithequark Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you. Client call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST, with some clients offering 24/7 call availability.
