Power BI Developer Needed – Dashboard Design with Strong UX/UI & Technical Expertise

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to design and build a high-quality, visually engaging dashboard that transforms raw data into clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate combines strong technical Power BI skills with excellent UX/UI design principles, ensuring the dashboard is not only accurate and performant but also intuitive, clean, and story-driven. Responsibilities Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports Apply UX/UI best practices to create a clean, modern, and user-friendly experience Model and transform data using Power Query and DAX Optimize performance for large datasets Create visual narratives that clearly communicate key business insights Collaborate to understand business requirements and KPIs Required Skills Proven experience with Power BI (Desktop & Service) Strong knowledge of DAX, data modeling, and Power Query Solid understanding of UX/UI principles for data visualization Experience designing executive-level or client-facing dashboards Ability to balance aesthetics with performance and accuracy Nice to Have UX/UI or data visualization certification Experience with SQL, Excel, or cloud data sources Portfolio showcasing Power BI dashboards with strong design focus What to Include in Your Proposal Brief summary of your Power BI experience Examples or portfolio of dashboards you’ve built Description of how you approach UX/UI in data visualization Project Type: One-time project (potential for ongoing work) Experience Level: Intermediate to Expert If you’re passionate about turning data into beautiful, meaningful insights, we’d love to hear from you.
