About the Role

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely via Zoom, with the option to work from a nearby branch location. As a Remote Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care, guiding and assisting clients with their financial planning needs, and providing expert advice on a range of financial products and services. This is not a call center or sales-oriented role, as customers are provided, eliminating the need for outbound prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives
• Provide expert advice on financial planning options, including retirement plan rollovers, investments, life insurance products, annuities, college plans, and more
• Guide and assist clients with their financial planning needs, including retirement planning, college planning, long-term care, and life insurance
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial services and products
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, maintaining a high level of knowledge and expertise
