**Job Responsibilities**
As a Remote Order/Data Entry Representative, you will play a critical role in processing customer purchase orders, ensuring timely and efficient order processing, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments
* Continuously improving the level of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient order processing
* Receiving, editing, and entering incoming customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner
* Reviewing, verifying, and making corrections as necessary to orders to ensure accurate information and order specifications
* Contacting customers to resolve unclear issues and ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures
* Managing orders in the business system through the entire order cycle
* Screening all international customer orders to ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and procedures
* Gathering information for measurement, analysis, and reporting
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience
* Customer interaction experience is preferred
* Computer experience, including use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle experience
* Education & Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years
* Associates Degree preferred
* Paid Training
* Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable
* Ability to work independently from home
**Associate Requirements**

* High School Diploma or GED
* Background Check
* Drug Test
* Must be at least 18 years old
