About the Role: Sales Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Sales Customer Experience Specialist to join our team, working on evening and overnight shifts in a remote capacity. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support to customers via telephone, internet, or other communication channels, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate Product Support Specialist.
  • Provide customer support by phone, email, or instant message to business customers, serving as the primary contact for inbound customer issues and escalating technical product-related issues to the proper Product Support department.
  • Process a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services, resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries and troubleshooting customer problems to identify the root cause and determine the best course of action.
  • Track and document inbound support requests, ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues, and update customer information to ensure accurate entry of contact information.
  • Meet standards of job performance, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time, and provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced associates as needed.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute and proficiency in PC operation and navigation.

  • Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Work from Home Requirements:

To work from home with blithequark, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps.
  • An internet service provider that meets our technical requirements, with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
  • A clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions.
  • Proof of internet speed, which may be required as part of the hiring process.
