The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. We Are Legal Revolution is a fast growing firm based out of Manhattan, seeking multiple Corporate Attorneys to join their team. The role involves providing legal counsel on corporate transactions and drafting various commercial agreements while working remotely. Responsibilities
• Provide legal counsel on Corporate Transactions: including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt-financing and corporate governance matters. • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Agreements: including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Conduct due diligence and assist with Corporate Document Matters: including the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex business deals. • Advise clients on Compliance: Keep in check and up to date with Federal and state Corporate laws and regulatory requirements. Skills
• 5+ Years Experience
• AMLaw or Large Firm Experience
• Corporate Law Experience
