[Remote] Senior Security Engineer (SECRET Clearance Required)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Security Engineer for a fully remote role supporting a federal agency. The role involves performing security audits, developing technical solutions to mitigate vulnerabilities, and researching new attack vectors. Responsibilities • Perform security audits, vulnerability testing, risk analysis, and security reviews • Develop and implement technical solutions to mitigate vulnerabilities • Research and identify new and emerging attack vectors • Support scanning and other security operational responsibilities Skills • 8 years of working experience • Bachelor's degree • Active Secret clearance • 5+ years of experience performing security audits, vulnerability testing, risk analysis • 5+ years of experience developing and implementing security solutions • Experience with Nessus, Splunk, and other security tools • Experience in containers in AWS • Experience in Agile, CI/CD environments Benefits • Medical/dental/vision • 401k match • PTO • Paid holidays • Sick leave as required by law Company Overview • Zachary Piper Solutions is an IT company providing government contracting solutions in support of the nation’s Intelligence Community.
