Remote Assistant Controller

Our mission is to deliver tailored financial strategies that support sustainable growth for your business. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial reporting, reconciling accounts, preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting. Additional responsibilities include supporting the fractional CFO team, ensuring accurate tax reporting, and handling month-end and year-end closing processes. Qualifications • Proficiency in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and auditing standards • Excellent analytical, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities • Experience with accounting software, data analysis tools, and advanced Excel skills • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills • Proven experience in supporting multi-location businesses or similar entities • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA credentials preferred • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
