SCHEDULE: 6a-3p Blow Fill Operator Role Overview Effectively operate all the necessary equipment and/or machinery required for self-manufactured Bottled Water and or Still Beverage. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Sets up lines and changes flavor when necessary. Conducts light general and preventative maintenance ensuring the machine operates properly. Operates the BlowMold filler, the bottle labeler, and the shrink film packager. Internal and External Sanitation Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years of manufacturing production line experience. Associates Degree preferred. Two (2) years’ experience with performing light maintenance/preventive maintenance, machine change over, production line operation, quality controls, and performing flavor change overs required. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. The ability to make sound decisions. Must be detailed oriented. Must enjoy working in a manufacturing production line environment. Must be self-motivated and enjoy working with numbers and tracking performance results.
