eCommerce Data Entry Specialist – Product Listings & Order Management (bolthires, eBay, Zulily, etc.)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable eCommerce Data Entry Specialist to support our marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for uploading products to multiple online marketplaces, maintaining accurate product data, and managing daily order processing tasks. This is an ongoing role for someone who understands how to keep product catalogs and order data accurate, organized, and up to date across multiple platforms. Responsibilities: Upload new products and update existing listings on bolthires, eBay, Zulily, and other marketplaces. Ensure product titles, descriptions, pricing, and images are formatted correctly and meet marketplace requirements. Download daily orders from each platform and upload tracking information once shipments are complete. Update and sync inventory levels across all marketplaces daily to prevent overselling. Monitor listing performance and flag any errors, missing data, or delistings. Maintain clear, organized product and order records in spreadsheets or shared systems. Requirements: Proven experience managing product listings and data entry for major eCommerce marketplaces. Strong understanding of bolthires Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and similar portals. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency. Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet daily deadlines. Proficiency with Excel or bolthires Sheets.
