Sales Engineer, Solution
Job Description:
• Partner with our sales account team to demonstrate WooCommerce’s value and technical capabilities
• Own the technical win
• Accelerate onboarding and expansion by supporting Customer Success
• Forecast with discipline
• Collaborate across departments to advance the technical dynamics
• Align closely with the product organization
• Demonstrate and communicate the value and advantages of our platform
• Partner with our account executives
• Collaborate with the sales leadership team
• Raise the bar internally
Requirements:
• 4+ years of midmarket or enterprise B2B sales engineering or solution architecture experience
• Success co-selling with AEs and collaborating with CS, Professional Services, Product, and Partnerships
• Excellence in discovery and storytelling
• Strong command of consultative and value-based selling skills
• Strong understanding of enterprise software and IT landscapes
• Strong understanding of AI-driven and agentic commerce trends
• Fluency across web architectures, payments, and data/privacy fundamentals
• Developer-level literacy
• Comfortable in a high-growth, builder environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High integrity, ownership, and a team mindset
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Team player with a winner’s mentality
• Highly technical and curious to know, grow, and learn more.
