Video Game Tester – No Experience Required (Entry Level / Part Time)

Your primary responsibilities will include playing games in development, identifying bugs, and providing detailed feedback on the gameplay experience. Rate: $35 per hour (Depending on the complexity of the app and the detail required for the review) Key Responsibilities: Play through pre-release versions of video games to identify any bugs, glitches, or issues. Provide comprehensive feedback on gameplay mechanics, story, graphics, and overall player experience. Document bugs and issues clearly and concisely, including steps to reproduce them. Work collaboratively with development teams to communicate your findings and verify fixes. Stay up-to-date with gaming trends and standards to ensure a broad understanding of player expectations. Requirements: A strong passion for video games and familiarity with various genres and platforms. Keen attention to detail and the ability to notice minor glitches and bugs. Excellent written communication skills for effective bug reporting and feedback. Ability to follow testing guidelines and complete tasks within set deadlines. Reliable internet connection and access to gaming equipment necessary for testing. Hours per week: Flexible. Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
