**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service/Data Entry Representative to join our claims coordination team. As a remote employee, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, equipped with the latest technology and tools to ensure your success. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, follow-up on missing information, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and compiling reports from our claims management systems.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
* Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems

**Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
* Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to submit to a background investigation and provide proof of work authorization
**Preferred Qualifications**
