Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a high-volume call center environment (highly preferred)
  • Reliability and flexible availability, including days, evenings, holidays, and at least one weekend day
  • Ability to listen to customer needs, make effective recommendations, and apply technical knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Positive attitude and ability to be self-motivated in a work-from-home atmosphere
  • Basic computer skills, including typing, navigating the internet, and using basic software, as well as the ability to calculate simple retail math

  • An already established work-from-home environment using your own Windows-based PC or laptop with high-speed internet
