POSITION OVERVIEW: Responsible for ensuring consistent enterprise security, collaborating to fortify security infrastructure, reviewing security policy changes, developing and implementing solutions to mitigate risks, leading incident response, managing technical documentation, researching security threats, and proactively monitoring security infrastructure. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Ensure consistent state across the enterprise by supporting business and Service Provider activities encompassing endpoint security, network security, perimeter security, and data security. 2. Lead close collaboration with business and Service Provider representatives to provide both preventative and proactive support, thereby fortifying the security infrastructure. 3. Review requested security policy changes to in-scope security infrastructure, provide recommendations to management for approval and implementation using internal job aids. 4. Develop and implement enterprise security solutions to mitigate information systems risks and vulnerabilities, configuring and analyzing security tools and software. 5. Manage and review technical and operational documentation of in-scope security systems to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity. 6. Research attempted or successful efforts to compromise systems security and designs countermeasures. 7. Assess and monitor in-scope security infrastructure and respond to operational alerts from the monitoring system, proactively identifying potential security issues. 8. Lead incident response activities as needed, assisting in the prompt resolution and mitigation of security incidents. 9. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures 10. Pay Range: $70,579.00 - $133,818.00 per year Colorado Pay Ranges: Springfield $70,579 - $111,515; Colorado Springs, Grand Junction $75,519 - $119,320; Henderson, Mead $79,753 - $126,010; Gypsum $84,695 - $133,818 Illinois Pay Ranges: East Moline, Effingham, Kankakee, Lincoln, Quincy, Rockford $75,519 - $119,320; Aurora, Bolingbrook, Chicago Heights, Des Plaines, Elmhurst, Forest View, Joliet, Schaumburg, Summit-Argo, Zion $84,695 - $133,818 New York Pay Ranges: Plattsburgh, Buffalo, Watertown, North Chili, East Syracuse, Nichols $75,519 - $119,320; Nichols $79,753 - $126,010; Bethpage, Montgomery, West Babylon $84,695 - $133,818 QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, information systems or related field. • Five (5) years of experience in information technology or Network Security, Identity and access management. • Knowledge of hardware, software, and network. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of IDaas, PAM, IGA, RKI and directory services AD, OUD, and EntralID preferred. • Knowledge of endpoint detection and response, network intrusion detection/prevention, firewall administration, and IT lifecycle management, preferred. • Ability to communicate technical subject matter effectively to multiple organizational layers JOB CONDITIONS: • Some travel required Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: Posting Date: 12/22/25.
