Position Overview MPG is seeking a U.S.- based Paid Media Buyer (Contractor) to support our team on a project and/or hourly basis. This role will lead paid media execution across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other demand-side platforms (DSPs). The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of hands-on campaign management experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate directly with clients. This is a remote, 1099 contractor position that will work closely with MPG’s internal teams and client partners to drive performance outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other DSPs. • Develop audience targeting strategies and A/B testing plans to drive performance improvements. • Manage budgets effectively to meet or exceed ROI/ROAS goals. • Generate and present detailed performance reports and insights. • Stay ahead of industry changes, platform updates, and ad policy shifts. • Work directly with clients to communicate strategies, results, and recommendations. Skills & Experience Required • 5–10 years of hands-on paid media buying experience. • Strong proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads. • Proven ability to manage six- and seven-figure monthly budgets. • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics and KPIs. • Excellent client communication and reporting skills. Preferred • Experience with Triple Whale or similar attribution and analytics platforms. • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and DCO (dynamic creative optimization).
