Position Overview This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and strategic role within the Treasury group, where you will play a crucial part in optimizing performance and shaping the future of the organization. Primary Responsibilities • Establish and run a regular bank reconciliation process to support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for the different structures and for Atlas on a consolidated basis • Support production of daily reports / models required by Atlas’ leverage providers • Support production of weekly, monthly and quarterly senior‑level overviews and write variance commentaries which articulate total results with a focus on total balance sheet trend, net funding and liquidity usage, net interest margin (“NIM”) with reference to the underlying business drivers • Support initiatives to improve efficiency in forecasting process and implement proper controls • Support ad‑hoc requests around liquidity usage, interest rate sensitivity, growth initiatives as well as materials for senior level presentations Qualification and Experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. Experience in Planning & Analysis, Reporting or Controlling roles. • Familiarity with Balance Sheet products and securitization core lines of business • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and competency in other Office applications Preferred Qualifications , Capabilities and Skills: • Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication/ listening skills • Results orientated without compromising control and detail • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to automation tools • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently/ thrives on challenges in a fluid working environment The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here. ATLAS SP is an equal opportunity employer.
