VP of Engineering Product

## Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Development: Lead, inspire, hire and grow our Engineering and Product teams, building a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and innovation. Provide guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities for team members at all levels, ensuring high performance and a focus on shipping fast. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations) to align product and engineering efforts with business objectives. Strategic Product Roadmap & Innovation: Work with the executive team to define and execute a strategic product roadmap across Checkouts and Trading, that aligns with Helio's mission and market opportunities. Prioritize product features and enhancements that drive customer success, and expand platform capabilities. Technical Leadership and Execution: Oversee the architecture and scalability of Helio’s product suite, including developer APIs, trading, and checkout solutions. Champion best practices in engineering processes, from ideation and architecture to testing, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring the highest standards of reliability and security. Ensure engineering excellence, from product design to post-launch support, delivering innovative solutions that meet business goals. ## You may be a fit for this role if you have: Proven experience (10+ years) in engineering and product leadership, with at least 5 years in a VP or senior leadership role within a fast-growing tech company. A track record of scaling engineering and product teams in a high-growth environment, ideally in the Web3, fintech, or SaaS sectors.
