Experienced Accounts Payable Specialist Needed for QuickBooks Online
We are an accounting firm seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to work on client accounts with proven experience in managing accounts using QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate will handle entering and coding vendor invoices, electronically filing invoices for client input on coding, initiating bill payments and check runs (actual payment performed by clients), reconciling vendor statements, and monitoring unreconcilied transaction reports. You should have strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. If you have a solid understanding of accounting principles and can communicate effectively, we want to hear from you.
