People Administrator, Americas/APAC
The People Administrator is a key operational role supporting systems, documentation, and processes that keep Songtradr’s People function running smoothly. The role focuses on process execution, data accuracy, and administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
• Maintain, execute, and update HR documentation, templates, policies, compliance deadlines, and employee records
• Administer onboarding and offboarding workflows for employees and contractors, coordinating with internal teams and third-party providers
• Collaborate with the global People Team, IT & Corporate Security, Finance & Control, and Executive Leadership to provide timely and accurate administrative support
