About the Role

As a Data Entry Specialist and Innovation Investigator Understudy, you will have the opportunity to work part-time inside the Innovation Office and enroll in various Groups, including Air Tasks, Client and Business, Framework and Administrations, Individuals and Money. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills. You will work closely with business clients to conduct requirements analysis, ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling and business processes, and manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and executing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business clients to conduct requirements analysis related to systems and business processes to create quality technical solutions
• Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and conform to departmental standards
• Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and executing to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget
• Act as a resource to ensure effective communications among business and Innovation Teams
• Participate in systems and acceptance testing
• Scope of work varies depending on the Group assignment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Basic knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement is preferred
• Basic knowledge of technical environment required
• Openness to Agile methodologies is preferred
