Customer Service Representative
Ainsworth Inc is a growing company committed to providing end-to-end services for asset maintenance and refurbishment. The Customer Service Representative acts as the communication hub between clients and technicians, ensuring coordination of maintenance and service activities with a focus on client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with technicians and clients in your designated zone
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance inspections, service calls, and repairs per SLA and company procedures
- Ensure all service call information (labor, materials, equipment, codes, etc.) is accurately recorded from initiation to billing
- Respond promptly to technician and client requests, escalating issues when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service excellence and client satisfaction
- Ensure accurate data entry for service calls and billing preparation
- Verify all maintenance activities are completed within contractual timelines
- Perform daily closeout tasks, including technician time tracking, material consumption, and reporting
- Support proposal generation and follow-up on pending service requests
- Assign daily workloads and maintain real-time communication throughout the day
- Track technician arrival times, progress, and completion to ensure adherence to schedule
- Keep an accurate dispatch board reflecting current job statuses
- Coordinate with estimators and purchasers to ensure technicians have necessary materials
- Schedule repair work once required materials are available
- Escalate field issues to the Foreman and Field Supervisor when appropriate

- Skilled in problem-solving and coordination under time-sensitive conditions
