Engineering Intern

Trilogy Innovations is a minority-owned systems and software engineering company that delivers superior technical solutions across private and public sectors. They are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Interns to gain hands-on experience in software development, machine learning/artificial intelligence, and DevOps engineering while contributing to real public-facing applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js and Angular
• Participate in code reviews and testing
• Build and train machine learning models
• Analyze data and extract insights to improve product features
• Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Support cloud infrastructure and deployment processes
• Monitor application performance and reliability

Skills

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field with an anticipated graduation within 1-2 years
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience with one or more of the following: Node.js, Angular, Python, ML frameworks, CI/CD tools, cloud platforms
• Experience working in an Agile Software Development environment
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab)
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated experience working building or maintaining a full-stack application
