Responsibilities

  • Réponds aux appels liés aux réclamations d’assurance (bris de vitres automobiles) en respectant les hauts standards de qualité de notre organisation
  • Assiste les clients avec leurs questions et préoccupations et recommande les solutions appropriées à leurs besoins

Skills

  • 1+ experience en centre d`appels / service a la clientele est un atout
  • Une expérience en Assurances constitue un atout important
  • Bilingue (Français ET anglais de niveau intermédiaire/avancé)
  • Aisance à naviguer entre différentes applications informatiques
  • Autorisation de travailler légalement au Canada
  • Résident(e) du Grand Montréal
  • Flexible pour travailler sur horaires variables dans les plages suivantes : L-V entre 7h-21h, Samedi 8h-17h
