[Remote] Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Appointment Setter

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to contact leads, qualify their interest, and set sales appointments without closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Contact new leads immediately
- Speak confidently with families
- Qualify interest and fit
- Set and confirm appointments
- Create a great first impression
- Reply back to incoming messages
- Call inbound leads (no cold calling)
- Speak with soccer parents about their child’s goals and current situation
- Qualify leads using clear criteria (age, level, goals, timing)
- Book and confirm strategy calls for senior advisors
- Follow up via phone, SMS, and email to reduce no-shows
- Update notes and outcomes in the CRM
- Represent our organization with energy, confidence, and professionalism
Skills
- English as primary language is required for this position
- Must work EST-aligned hours
- You have a soccer background (played, coached, recruited, or worked in the game)
- You're outgoing, confident, and comfortable on the phone
- You can speak clearly with parents and explain value
- You're organized and follow up consistently
- You want to grow into a closer or sales role (This is a launchpad role.)
- Previous SDR, appointment setting, or sales experience
- Experience speaking with parents in youth sports/soccer
- Familiarity with CRMs
