[Remote] Forward Deployed Engineer, Intern - Campus Recruiting 2026

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Domino Data Lab is a company that builds software for AI-driven organizations to operate advanced data science solutions. The Forward Deployed Engineer Intern will work directly with customers, gaining hands-on experience in coding and solution design while contributing to impactful projects in various sectors such as healthcare and finance.

Responsibilities

• Spend 10–12 weeks working directly with our customers and teams to help them realize value from the Domino platform
• Blend software engineering skills with customer empathy and domain awareness
• Get hands-on experience writing code, designing solutions, and supporting real-world, high-stakes environments spanning healthcare, life sciences, finance, government, and beyond
• Gain mentorship, practical experience, and a strong understanding of what it means to be an FDE, all while making a meaningful contribution to our customers and teams

Skills

• Passion for AI/ML, data science, and its real-world applications
• Experience coding in at least one industry-standard programming language (Python or R strongly preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with an interest in customer-facing work
• Graduating in Spring 2027 or later, pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
